SUII RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your purchase but in the event that you need to return your purchase please contact us within 14 days at email@example.com and we will send you a Returns Form to be completed. Once your item is received by Suii and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
- Your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition and packaging your received it.
- Items on Sale can only be returned for an exchange or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
- Items that have not been personalised ( see below )
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable service.
If your item(s) is defective or damaged, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with photos, and we will offer you replacement or store credit of equal value.
Please understand we are unable to accept returns or exchange product(s) that have undergone personalisation, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by Suii. We ask that you choose your personalisation details carefully. If it is found that we have incorrectly personalised your product(s) contrary to your instructions, we will gladly replace them or offer you a store credit of equal value.
